Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, and store credit requests MUST be postmarked within 45 days of date of purchase.Once your return/exchange is received at the CC Warehouse allow 2-3 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no makeup or present stains from trying the garment on (including hats), free from animal hair/scent, and cigarette smoke.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. Refund or store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Store credit can be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. We do issue refunds, store credit, and we do process exchanges. Store credit never expires.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:

Go to our returns page here and fill out your request. We ask that you include photos of the defective or damaged areas. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your initial order. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 48 hours.

 


CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.

RETURN PROCESS

Go to our returns page here and fill out your request. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your initial order. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours with further instructions.

 


• We DO need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
• Returns must be post marked within 45 days of the date of purchase.
• Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and include a copy of the return confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed.and may not be accepted.
